I have 28 years of ICT experience, 23 in research and university teaching, 5 working for commercial companies as analyst and developer (in bursts lasting from a few weeks to 2 years). During the last 12 years I have been gradually gaining more knowledge of OT including UML, C%2b%2b, Java, J2EE and various frameworks. I have been involved in several commercial projects involving the development of Web/database applications. These used mainly J2EE and the Model View Controller approach. In addition to J2EE I have also acquired good knowledge of JSP, Struts, Hibernate and Spring.
