David is the Director of Product Management, Oracle Application Server 10g for Oracle Corporation. He leads the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Product Management organisation. He leads the drive across the region for the adoption of middleware technologies, infrastructure architectures and new business approaches into both the Oracle field organisation and direct to Oracle’s key strategic customers and partners. This includes responsibility for the complete Oracle middleware platform: Oracle Application Server, which includes Java, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Web services, XML, Portal technologies, Integration and Security and Identity and Access Management.
With some 19 years in the IT industry he has held significant roles with some of the major consulting and financial organisations within the region, these included Barclays Group, American Express, Royal Sun Alliance, Lloyds of London, Sema Consulting & Cap Consulting.
