I'm currently working at Wireless Data Services (WDS) where I've been part of an agile team for nearly three years now. We started doing XP in 2002, then at the start of 2004 we introduced a distributed, agile "follow the sun" approach.

Before WDS I worked for BT in Cardiff and before that I did a PhD. in object technology at the University of Wales Swansea.

One of the best things I've learned from extreme programming is to stop whining, adopt a constructive attitude and do something.
