Currently I work for CSC in the Foreign Affairs business unit as the Program Director for Software Engineering. My primary role now is leading an initiative to recast current traditional practices with agile and lean engineering principles for both the business unit and clients. As a component of that role, I am currently leading CSC’s technical team proposing an agile based solution for $350M civilian agency procurement.I have been working in the public sector for 29 years.

Since 2001 I have been managing a variety of software development programs and projects for the Department of State passport and visa issuance systems. Over those years I also led several transformation efforts to evolve and modernize various aspects of their lifecycle tools, processes and practices.
