I have worked in the computer industry since 1976, most of the time for Unisys and mostly on large database development and IT architecture. I am now working developing tools for IT architecture and IT planning and doing some consulting. In 2000, I wrote the book "IT Architecture and Middleware" published by Addison Wesley. The 2nd edition was published in 2004 co-authored with Peter Bye.
