In the early 1990s I worked for a number of computer companies including IBM and NeXT as well as doing some custom development for a large London Law firm.

In 1996 I graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Computer Science and then joined SBC Warburg where I worked (in a number of countries) on fixed income trading systems for three years.

Following this I spent a number of years doing internet consultancy for Apple and worked with a number of customers on some large inter and intranet sites before returning to the city.

At SPA2006 I co-presented the FunctionalRelationalProgramming workshop with PeterMarks.

I am currently working at a large investment bank on the implementation of a Domain Specific Language implemented in Haskell (this language has been in production use for two years now).
