I'm an independent consultant based in Hamburg, Germany.
My focus is mostly on the development of internet-based systems. In my projects, I usually take the role of developer, software designer or architect.
I've also been a patterns enthusiast for many years. I'm a regular at EuroPLoP [1] (the European patterns conference) and I wrote two books on patterns: 'Agile Documentation' (patterns on how to do good project documentation following an agile attitude) [2] and 'Where Code and Content Meet' (design patterns for content management and delivery, personalisation and user participation) [3].
