Annotations

Vital attribute!

Experiental learning - development of initiative, recognition (DH - unclear, is this recognition of the individual in the organisation, i.e. reputation, or learning to recognise issues, solutions, patterns) (Sex) Training - (DH thank you Nolan, see me after class...)

Commentary

The default case - all to easy to forget, but progress and development as an architect is all to often up to a series of accidents of this sort. Important to recognise this, and to develop the capacity to reflect (for example, if you’re not being led effectively, why? What would you do differently? How would that make things better? Write it down!)
