Part of the participants of the workshop used the creativity technique "Reverse Brainstorming". When doing Reverse Brainstorming you first of all think of ways of making the problem even more difficult... e.g. what can I do to make it impossible for a newbie to get into the project. The outcomes are the black headings below. Then you take the negative points and try and reverse them to come up with best practices...
