File:EffectivePairingBeyondProgramming1.xls contains the analysis of the questionnaires from the workshop. It spans the questionnaires from this workshop, the SPA2008 and the miniSPA 2008 runnings. It also contains the raw data if you really want to carry out your own analysis.
It doesn't - yet - contain the comments from SPA2009, mainly because they're a pain to transcribe, and I thought I'd wait to see if anyone asked for them... If you do ask, I will put them in!
