Nick Simons has worked as a systems professional for 30 years, as programmer, systems analyst, trainer and consultant. He has been an enthusiast for formal software description languages since their first appearance in the commercial world twenty years ago.

Until recently, Nick was CTO and a senior instructional designer at Saffron Interactive, a leading UK supplier of bespoke e-learning.

Nick is also a cofounder with AshleyMcNeile of Metamaxim Ltd.[1], a UK software and services company specialising in how to validate requirements through model execution.
