Subtext (http://www.subtextual.org/) is a prototype development environment that shares much with Intentional Programming (down to Simonyi's delineation of tree-line and graph-like structures). The passionate manifesto1 reminds me of much of what Peter's been going on about all these years - the world is clearly starting to catch up :-)
