For my part - I found it very useful to understand how my experiences compared to others.

FYI - I will be delivering an updated version of the session at Software Architect 2008. My main learning was to include some more concrete examples of some of the stuff I was talking about and I hope to include them in this session. The 2pm session in track 5 3
