I worked for IBM Global Services as an IT Architect and Method Expert from 2000 until 2005 and then founded Catalysts. I now do consulting in various areas of software development, from requirements engineering, use cases, agile software development, test-driven development, agile modeling / domain-driven design. I try to teach / coach / convey the practices that have worked well in these areas. I'm an NLP practitioner, Certified Scrum Master and Jonah (Theory of Constraints), member of the ACM, the Scrum Alliance, the Agile Alliance and others ;-)
