I worked for Siemens VAI in the field of industrial automation from 1990 until 2006. I did research, developement and commissioning of large software applications. Later I led an agile software development team for 5 years. Now I am with Cataylsts and do consulting in various areas of software development, from requirements engineering, use cases, agile software development, test-driven development, agile modeling / domain-driven design. I try to teach / coach / convey the practices that have worked well in these areas. I am member of the Agile Alliance and others.
