I've been working as an independent developer since two and a half years having worked as a management consultant for two years before that. I graduated in 2006 with an MEng in Engineering and Computing Science from Oxford.

Currently I'm using Haskell, Clojure, and Python to build an analysis system for pension plans. I am in the process of moving my focus to functional languages, recognising the benefits of immutable data, strong typing, and lazy evaluation.
