I work for TogetherSoft UK, the company formed by the acquisition of Object UK by TogetherSoft Corporation. I am a process and product mentor, helping customers get the most out of using Together and UML.

I joined the staff at Object UK Ltd in 1999 as research consultant working on metrics and refactoring. I also helped on the Features Game, presented by Andy Carmichael and Mike Swainston-Rainford at OT2000. In 2000 I graduated from Southampton Institute with an MSc in Software Engineering, where I am also a part-time lecturer in the subject. For my dissertation I investigated the role of refactoring in software engineering.

I was a secondary school teacher in my former life and my non-software interests include cycling, mountain walking and being jumped on by my three children.
