Nicole Rauch is software developer with a solid background in compiler construction and formal methods. Over the last three years, she worked on the restructuring of large Java legacy code applications with different technologies.

Alongside her occupation as developer, she was co-founder and organiser of SoCraTes, the international software craftsmanship and testing (un-)conference, and co-founded Softwerkskammer, the German-speaking software craftsmanship community. Currently, she is one of the core committers of Agora, the software behind the Softwerkskammer website.
