I help teams form and perform. I can be their coach, friend, member or other capacity they need to take the next steps and beyond.

As an agile coach, I take both a systems view of the team , its organisation and even the industry they operate in; as well as a person centric approach to each of its members. I do this so that I can get an evolving big picture as well as keep the focus on developing the individual.

My background is 18 years in development teams and organisations as a developer, architect, Product Owner and executive.

I have 3 children, love to do new things (currently knitting!)
