Jennifer Smith
delivering web based system, currently working as a consultant for ThoughtWorks. I have worked in an array of different environments: teams ranging from 1 to 100 people, greenfield and established projects, releasing once an hour to releasing once a quarter.
Although my background is in .NET, curiosity and necessity have lead me to work on a wide range of technologies and platforms. My current interest lies in exploring the potential of Clojure as a language for enterprise software development and figuring out how one should go about designing software in an agile and iterative fashion (I still haven't figured it out yet).
