Geoff is currently a project manager at Red Gate, a software company whose products are designed to solve complex problems for software professionals who manage or develop using databases.

He has a background in software development and architecture, starting his career writing programs in assembler on stackless machines in the early 1980s before finding his way into the world of OO and C#.

His chief interest and motivation lies in helping software teams work so that they encourage and foster the best contributions from one another.
