Anthony Kesterton is a technical consultant with Rational software, IBM Software Group (http://www.ibm.com/software/rational) . He has been involved in various aspects of software development including application development, implementing software development processes, requirements management and visual modeling. Since joining Rational Software in 1994, he has been involved in pre-sales work, mentoring and training of project teams using Rational’s process and products. Before he joined Rational , he worked on a variety of systems including systems used in aeronautical research, various parallel processing systems, a sound system for a static aircraft simulator, a video dubbing system, a dealing room system and an exchange system running in one of London’s financial markets. Anthony has a M.Sc (Applied Computer Science) from Rhodes University, South Africa.
