I am a software developer interested in how others practice software development. In around 2000 I first started practicing TDD, later I added pair programming and various other practices. I enjoy hearing the stories of how others got to where they are and what motivates them to keep going every day.

Outside of software I have taken up bicycle touring and have clocked miles in the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and England. Soon I hope to combine my interests in touring and software by trying to collect peoples stories while cycling from place to place.
