I am currently working for HSBC as a Data Architect. Very interested in driving requirements from UML models with transformations for XSD schemas Hibernate POJO/config/mappings. This may sound like MDA, but am far more interested in transforming from one view/artefact to another. Reducing development costs and retaining IPR with the business.
