In 1996 Ken Dymond (of PTI) & I brought public training in CMM-SW to the UK & the 1st public ‘Intro to the CMMI’ to Europe in 2002. I’ve contributed to ISO standards & I'm a Certified Function Point Analyst. A member of the UK Software Metrics Association since 1982, in 1997 I helped found COSMIC, a 19-country academic-professional group developing sizing methods relevant to modern projects & agile lifecycles. I was a member of IEEE Software's Advisory Board 1997-2007.
