I am a software developer. I am currently employed by CSR (http://www.csr.com) where I lead a team developing software test systems, mostly for embedded devices.

I studied Computer Science at Gonville and Caius college, Cambridge, matriculating in 1998. Since then I have been an independent contractor (working on school tests over the internet), a director of a small internet security consultancy, and an embedded firmware developer. I am a keen user of Open Source software and technology generalist. I enjoy working at all levels of abstraction from assembler to XML.
