Kal is the co-founder and co-director of NetworkedPlanet Limited (http://www.networkedplanet.com), an Oxford-based company producing information management software and tools that make use of the ISO Topic Maps standard. He has over 15 years of experience in software development focussing in particular on standards-based document and information management. He has contributed to the development of the ISO Topic Mps standard and to the development of commercial and open-source software that implements the standard.
