I am an application architect who also helps projects to find the right development process. I work for Logica, and am currently working with two large JEE development projects in the Finance sector.

Over the last 30%2b years I have worked on systems ranging from small aircraft navigation systems (in assembler) to large knowledge based systems (welfare benefits claims assessment demonstrator in the Alvey DHSS Large Demonstrator project, using Interlisp-D and LOOPS). For the last six or seven years, though, Java-based systems with Web front ends and a combination of interactive and message-driven processing have been my staple diet.
