I'm a senior developer working with Enterprise Java at consultancy ConciseGroupLtd. I used to fancy myself as an XPer, but sometimes the client's management insist on months of Rose diagrams before I am allowed to code. I've been on a huge financial project for a couple of years now, and I'm coming to realise how important it is to think carefully about requirements. All I need to do is get the client to realise it.
