Joseph Pelrine is C*O of MetaProg, a company devoted to increasing the quality of software and its development process. He has had a successful career as both software developer and consultant, and has spoken about it at such diverse places as IBM, OOPSLA, the Chaos Computer Club and the Friday night pizza & poker party down at the corner pub - until he was told to shut up. A former assistant of XP guru Kent Beck, he is also Europe's first certified ScrumMaster practitioner and trainer.
