Gwyn completed a double degree in law and commerce before beginning freelance software development in 1997. He moved to full-time scrum mastery and then coaching with New Bamboo in 2008, where he's worked on Channel Five's new gadget site, Amnesty International's world-changing social network, and other exciting Rails projects.
Gwyn has presented at XP Day ("Team-Building Through Ritual Violence"), at the University of Westminster ("Agile From The Front Lines"), as well as internally to New Bamboo and partners ("Design Decisions for Firefighters").
