Andy is an instructor, mentor and consultant. He is a recognized expert in the writing of use cases, agile development, and software process improvement. He has 21 years of industry experience, helping companies all over the world (England, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and the U.S.).
Andy runs his own consulting business in London, specializing in agile software development and programming. His experience facilitating team discussions and process change lends itself to teaching courses on use cases, Crystal Clear and agile development.
Andy was a major contributor to the book "Patterns for Effective Use Cases" (with co-contributor Alistair Cockburn and authors Steve Adolph and Paul Bramble). His article "An agile approach to legacy software" was presented at the XP 2004 Conference in Garmisch. He ran the experience reports track for the Agile Development Conference and, was conference chair for XP Day.
Andy is one of the few certified Crystal Clear Practioners in the world!!
