Use case workshop
Myself (DavidDraper) and MarkFish thoroughly enjoyed running this session. As our first experience at SPA there were times when it felt a little like lambs to the slaughter. However, I felt (and still feel) that we presented a pragmatic approach that while leveraging the benefits of use cases also highlighted area of weakness.
We had in the region of fifteen attendees with the majority having had some bad experience or doubt about the validity of use cases. After the session I spoke to a number of them and while I am happy to accept that for some use cases are not appropriate I do feel that most are happy to accept that the approach has benefits.
