Abstract
Dr. Ivar Jacobson, recently retired as Vice President of Process Strategy at Rational, founded the Swedish company Objectory AB, which merged with Rational in 1995. One of the three original designers of the UML (Unified Modelling Language), he has also made seminal contributions to software development in: component architecture, software process, use-case driven development, and business modelling.

In this session Ivar will answer questions from participants and the interviewers.

Bruce Anderson is a Managing Consultant in IBM's Application Innovation Services.

He specialises in working with customer organisations to create powerful component- and service-based solutions, and in helping individuals to develop their knowledge and understanding. Typically Mr Anderson leads planning and defining work, mentoring a programme leader, project manager or architect into their role.

John Daniels

John Daniels is an object technology pioneer, with over 20 years experience of object/component modelling, design, development.
