Starting definition selected: "cynic"

Sessions:

Feedback on method usage from leader after Session 1:

How to measure yourself and your group work using Six Thinking Hats?

	         Quality?
	             Should be random
	         New?
	             Definitely should be some new
	         Speed?
	             Should be fast

	         There should be no arguing!
	         Clarifications are required though!

Simple to check, and simple to measure

	         From energetic to tired
Cycles from beginning of hat to end of hat
	         From passionate to dispassionate
From amused to engaged to disengaged

Feedback on method from participants after Session 1:

	 Keep / Change (+ / delta)

	         More structured way for brainstorming
Focussing on different aspects of problem worked well
Forced myself to be "glass half empty", to take opposite side to usual
	         Common discussion in a hat
Easy to deal with "difficult" personalities
Hats AND Timings kept us moving forward
	         Everyone got involved

	         More aggressive timekeeping required
	         No arguiing
	         No negotiation
Blue hat (facillitator) needs to be more active if off-topic discussions start
A better way to handle ideas under wrong hat that suddenly occur
	             Forgiveness?
	         Change the blue hat
Tended to discuss ideas as they came up
Conversations became as important as idea generation
Hard to stay in a particular hat mode
Conflict between learning and using Six Thinking Hats and dealing with the "cynicism" topic
Sometimes better to think of some concepts, and then to categorise them
